margin: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 1px; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">（一）限期自查自纠。凡存在擅自改变车身外形、改变车辆登记技术参数等非法改装行为的货运车辆所有人及经营者，于 2026 年 8 月 31 日前自行拆除非法改装装置，恢复车辆登记原状。逾期未整改、整改不到位或拒不整改的，交通运输执法部门将依法责令消除违法状态并会同相关职能部门从严处罚。</span></span></p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
