16px;letter-spacing: 2px">为规范我市网络直播电商经营秩序，守护“会理石榴”区域公用品牌，营造诚信合规、良性有序的农产品直播营销环境，依据《网络直播营销管理办法（试行）》《直播电商监督管理办法》等相关规定，结合我市工作实际，现就外来主播在我市开展农产品直播营销活动报备管理有关事项告知如下： </span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-weight: bold">一、报备对象</span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">所有外地个人主播、直播团队、<span class="" link-id="link-1787306434454-0.7849618888461644">MCN机构</span>，凡进入会理市行政区域内，以直播形式开展会理石榴及本地农特产品宣传、带货销售等经营性活动的，均需开展报备登记。</span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-weight: bold">二、报备方式及时限</span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">从事直播营销活动前5个工作日，须主动到会理市商务经济合作和外事局填报《直播从业者信息备案登记表》，完成信息登记并签订合规经营承诺书，如实填报主播身份信息、直播平台、直播时段、合作经营主体、直播内容等关键信息。备案信息将妥善保存并严格保密。</span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-weight: bold">三、合规经营要求</span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">所有报备主播及团队须严格遵守法律法规，</span></span><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">遵从《会理市人民政府关于规范会理石榴营销市场的通告》，</span></span><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">坚持真实宣传、诚信经营，严禁虚构故事、悲情营销、虚假夸大宣传，严禁违规使用“会理石榴”地理标志标识、销售以次充好、假冒伪劣农产品，自觉维护我市农特产品品牌形象和市场秩序。</span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" 2px">报备登记为行业自律和产业服务举措。完成报备的主播、团队，可优先享受我市产销对接、货源匹配、活动合作等配套服务。对未按要求报备、违规营销、扰乱市场秩序的主体，我市将建立台账记录，及时将违规线索移交网信、市场监管等部门依法依规处置。</span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em"><span
