255)">为进一步加强全市道路交通安全管理，规范行车秩序，预防和减少道路交通事故发生，切实保障人民群众生命财产安全。根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》、《道路交通安全违法处理程序规定》（公安部第157号令）等相关法律法规规定，会理市公安局将启用交通技术监控设备，用于抓拍交通违法行为。现将具体设置的道路名称、点位和启用事项通告如下：</span></span></p><p 255)">2、环城西路与金带路红绿灯路口：增加抓拍压线、逆行、不按导向箭头行驶违法行为；</span></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 2px;color: rgb(255, 255,
